Iyengar Yoga provides an opportunity to learn Hatha Yoga from the ground up whether you are new to yoga or just new to Iyengar yoga. Through basic standing, seated and forward extending yoga poses, you will learn the fundamentals of correct body alignment; increasing your strength, flexibility and awareness.
This class is suitable for people of any age, whatever your current condition or level of flexibility. Everyone works to his/her own potential in a non-competitive, safe, but challenging environment.
